Harry M. Hallman, Jr., Mayor, (Ex-offico Commissioner)

Mayor Hallman was re-elected to the position of Mayor of the Town of Mount Pleasant in September 2004. His current term expires in 2008. Mayor Hallman chairs the Police, Legal & Judicial Committee and Transportation Committee. He also serves on the Water Supply Committee and is an ex-officio member of Mount Pleasant Waterworks.

Mr. Hallman graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1958 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Mayor Hallman was awarded an honorary Doctor of Humanity Letters degree from the University of Charleston.
